Feeling lost? Overwhelming thoughts? Sleepless?
“Yoga Nidra holds gentle answers.”
Yoga Nidra is a non-intrusive way to navigate grief. You lay down with a pillow and blankets, listen and let go. A trained facilitator leads you through a body scan into a deeply relaxed state.
When the nervous system is relaxed and less protective, you have the opportunity to gently explore emotions and physical pain. In Yoga Nidra you are looking within but with a buffer. In this state, the grief feels less intense, not as heavy. The session concludes with a visualization which often gives glimpses of ways to navigate grief.
Please come and experience a nurturing experience. Rest deeply, explore gently and remember possibilities.
Jill Weston, owner of Breathing Space will facilitate the session. She is known as a “stress whisperer” using her healing voice to be of service.
If you know someone who you feel would benefit from this, feel free to share. Ages 14 and older.
