Yoga for Grief at the Farm

Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a body-based approach to working through and healing the traumatic effects of grief and loss.

In this all-access, no yoga experience required class, we’ll explore “mindful movement” as a somatic (body) experience to become aware, sense and feel the pain, numbness and/or overwhelm of grief in the body, so we can then acknowledge, work through and release it.
