3 Pillars of Complete Body Wellness


Join us for a summery Saturday on the farm to unveil The 3 Pillars of Full-Body Wellness with guest speaker and nutritionist, Mallory Nowak.

During our time together, Mallory will share actionable strategies to support your body from the inside out, covering the importance of sleep, hydration and nutrition. It’s always important to be kind to our bodies, but extra important when we are in times of stress, such as after a loss. Bringing awareness of what our bodies need while we are grieving can improve our overall health and allow us to focus on healing our total body.

Bring your favorite water bottle and we’ll fill your cup with love, laughter and a variety of fun-fused waters!
