Wellness Retreat~ From Grief To Grace

Sunday, September 29th

9:30-2:30

Grace Vineyards

Galt, California

"From Grief to Grace" is an invitation to honor the pain that shapes us while gently stepping into a space where healing can begin. During this day retreat, we will navigate ways to care for ourselves and process our pain with facilitators who are passionate about helping people heal. Let’s allow ourselves to feel, reflect, and release in the safe, sacred environment of this retreat. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we find space to breathe, to pause, and to let grace begin to enter our stories.

In addition to experiencing the instructional breakout sessions guests will also have lunch and snacks provided, access to community resources, swag bags and for an additional fee massage therapists will be available to provide massages.
