By choosing a word of the year that resonates with you and creating a token as a visual reminder of that word, you can connect in joy and purpose for the whole year.

We will also discuss ways to stay present in your chosen intentions and cultivate a sense of meaning and continuity.

Self-compassion and connecting to our authentic selves will also be areas of focus. We can’t wait to join in community with you! 

*You will leave with a special piece of jewelry through your DIY activity.
