Yoga Nidra for Grief

Feeling lost? Overwhelming emotions? Sleepless?

“Yoga Nidra holds gentle answers.”

Yoga Nidra is a non-intrusive way to navigate grief. There is no effort, no movement, no pressure. While lying down you listen to relaxation prompts and shift into a deep state of relaxation and awareness. The session ends with a visualization.

When the nervous system is relaxed and less protective, you have the opportunity to gently explore emotions and physical pain. In Yoga Nidra you are looking within but with a buffer. In this state, grief can feel a little less intense for the moment. Yoga Nidra is designed to reduce the "fight or flight" response.

Please come as you are and experience a nurturing experience. Rest deeply, explore gently and feel supported.

Jill Weston, owner of Breathing Space will facilitate the session. She is known as a “stress whisperer” using her comforting voice to be of service.
