Simple Changes to What You are Eating & Drinking to Help you Look and Feel Amazing During Menopause

Menopause is a natural phase, but it doesn't have to be a struggle.

In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn what biohacking means and how it can help you navigate this transition smoothly, feeling vibrant and empowered with pro-aging strategies. So many women feel like they lose themselves during menopause. I don't want that for you! What we used to do to stay trim, fit and happy doesn't work anymore. The rules have changed.

I will teach how simple changes to your diet and lifestyle can make a world of difference in how you look and feel as your body is undergoing its own transformation. Losing that menopause belly fat, getting a restful night's sleep, saying good-bye to hot flashes and bringing a youthful glow back to your hair, skin and nails is all possible, and it starts in your gut microbiome.

Biohacking menopause goes beyond just what you eat and drink. We'll also touch on other key lifestyle factors, including sleep, stress management, exercise, and supplementation. Learn practical strategies for optimizing each aspect of your life to thrive during menopause and beyond.

Whether you're just beginning to experience symptoms, you're full-blown or post menopausal, this class will show you on how to reclaim your hope, health and happiness in your body while embracing this chapter with confidence.

Join us and unlock the new rules to looking and feeling amazing during menopause through the power of biohacking. Refreshments will be provided as examples of how fueling your menopausal body can be tasty, easy to prepare and satisfying.

Robin is a 58 year old menopausal momma of 2 boys, 18 & 22. She and her husband are soon to be empty nesters...adding a new twist to her post-menopausal journey. 4 years ago, after conquering some of her own menopause challenges, she created an on-line menopause support group with 2 friends. That Facebook community empowers women to turn their menopause struggles around by embracing healthy lifestyle pillars regarding nutrition, menopause appropriate exercise, supplementation, managing cortisol levels and mindset. Thousands of women have experienced positive change from their group that now has more than 62K members.

Robin's specialty is playing in the kitchen and helping ladies understand the nutrition piece of this menopause puzzle. Stabilizing blood sugars is key and achieved by eating a balance of protein, healthy fat, and complex carbohydrates. Sounds more difficult than it really is. Using food to promote weight loss as opposed to depriving yourself is a concept she loves sharing...she calls it making "premium fuel". This is one of the strategies she will be sharing in her workshop with you. Whenever she can, Robin loves to escape to Crescent City and the cool, damp Redwood forest where she grew up. Fun fact....her husband grew up there too, but the two of them met at Sac State after they both graduated from the same small high school, one year apart from each other. They were married in the Redwoods in August 1992.
