Join us for a gentle art activity at our space in Elk Grove.

This workshop is an opportunity to bring grievers together to honor their loved ones while creating a fall heart wreath. The wreath will be made of burlap ribbon, which can be decorated throughout the year with different accents.

*Art therapy allows individuals who are grieving the opportunity to express and process their sensory and emotional experiences.

*Creating something visual can serve as a cathartic method of expression or work as a tribute or memorial to your loved one.
