Did you know that at least 70% of your immune system starts in your gut? 😳😳😲 And who does not like homemade fresh sourdough bread? 😍 Yes, it's actually good for you! In this workshop you will learn about Functional Food (food on purpose) as well as how to make your own sourdough bread.

Includes: instructions, Sourdough "Start", a loaf to take home and bake and a 100 year old Sourdough “Mother” 😍

PLEASE BRING large mixing bowl and a tea towel. (I use a large stainless bowl)
