Grief can stress the physical, emotional and spiritual heart. During this gentle session learn to use your breath and simple hand movements to soothe your heart space. The hand movements are a compassion hold practice developed by Zabie Yamaskai, M.Ed, RYT, a trauma informed yoga instructor.
Please come experience this nurturing session. You can sit in a chair or on the floor and move your hands at your own pace. No previous experience required.
Jill Weston, owner of Breathing Space will facilitate the session. She is known as a “stress whisperer” using her healing voice to be of service.
